Carillion Mountbatten House Basingstoke
Mick Wray of Carillion had a problem with a building in Basingstoke. The uninsulated car park Sofit was causing a few problems.
Heat from the building was falling through the floor and lack of insulation was causing condensation in the archive rooms above.
Moisture was not only damaging sensitive equipment and records, it was also a danger to personnel who were having difficulties walking on wet floors.
