Fibreglass Architectural Canopy
These flats in Teddington had a problem, fibreglass architectural canopy, with a fibreglass insulation quilt layed underneath. Any air gap between the quilt and the cladding contains moisture which condenses out on the cladding. The fibreglass fills with water, on saturation it brings the ceiling down.
Sprayed Monoglass on the cladding. The monolithic application becomes part of the structure, the absence of an air gap and the corresponding condensation, stops the build up of water.
Works to the whole estate could be undertaken quickly and cleanly, resolving the problem.
