The proposed height safety regulations require the building
operator to have safety systems in place to protect those who may operate,
service or maintain equipment within their premises, as so far as is reasonably
practicable. For infrequent access this could be provided by temporary systems,
however, if equipment is to be visited on a regular basis, more permanent
systems should be used.
